Who would’ve thought that an art museum would have such beautiful spots for an amazing golden hour engagement session?! Avery and Reid got one of the best weather and sunset for their engagement session and I couldn’t be happier with how these turned out! We had so much fun exploring different spots at Jule Collins Smith Museum. I couldn’t be more thankful to have a couple that is so down to just enjoy their time with each other and make the best out of an engagement session!

I always remind my couples at the beginning of each session that these are THEIR memories and I am just there with a camera. That way we can have the BEST time and capture their REAL love and not just the posed images. And that is exactly what we did during this golden hour engagement session. We chased the sun and laughed out loud until our cheeks were hurting! It was the best time! You can also totally tell by their smiles how much fun this golden hour session was, which is the best part! I love being able to see my couples’ emotions through photos. It just really reflects their love and how they were feeling.

This session is also a little extra special to me because Avery said she always wanted me to take her pictures. Her sweet friends got together and gifted her with an engagement session!!! Needless to say I had tears of joy when I actually got to take these photos for them!

Golden hour is probably my favorite time to take pictures. So check out this other session also in Auburn, Alabama during golden hour: Rileigh and Wheeler!
